Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how SEESPORTS LTD ("SEESPORTS", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal data when you use our website, make a booking, or otherwise interact with us. SEESPORTS LTD is incorporated in Northern Ireland (Company Registration Number NI609663) and acts as the data controller for the purposes of applicable data protection legislation.

We are committed to handling your personal data responsibly, transparently, and in accordance with our legal obligations. Please read this policy carefully. It should be read alongside our Booking Terms and Conditions, which also contain provisions relevant to how we handle personal data provided at the time of booking.

1. Our Legal Framework

SEESPORTS primarily serves customers in the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland. We are committed to full compliance with:

Where these frameworks differ, we apply the higher standard of protection. We process your personal data lawfully, fairly, and transparently, and we rely on legitimate operational requirements and contractual necessity as the primary bases for processing.
