Your Price - Explained
SEESPORTS is fully compliant with current pricing regulations, adhering to the advice and recommendations of the relevant governing bodies. In the spirit of that commitment, we want to offer complete transparency into your package, including any fees or charges that may be associated with your trip but are payable locally rather than to us.
What's Included in Your SEESPORTS Price?
Prices advertised on the SEESPORTS website, across our social media channels, or via our trade partners are inclusive of official match tickets and hotel accommodation. Whilst these prices are strictly subject to availability and may change prior to booking, they are payable directly to SEESPORTS Ltd - either through our website or via our authorised travel agent partner.
Once a booking reference number has been issued by SEESPORTS, your package price is secured, subject to any amendments you make to your booking prior to travel.
What's Not Included in My SEESPORTS Price?
Your SEESPORTS package includes official match tickets, hotel accommodation, and - where applicable - additional elements such as stadium tours or coach transfers. Any such inclusions will be clearly outlined within your individual package description.
The following are not included as standard:
City Tax / Tourist Tax / Resort Fee - What Is It?
Across many destinations, local or national government authorities - and in some cases the hotels themselves - levy an additional charge on guests staying within their jurisdiction. This is commonly referred to as a City Tax, Tourist Tax, Destination Tax, or Resort Fee, though the terminology varies by country and region.
This charge is not included in your SEESPORTS package price and is payable directly to your hotel upon check-in or check-out.
The amount payable is typically determined by the destination, the hotel's category, the number of nights stayed, and the number of guests checking in. We endeavour to keep you informed of any such charges ahead of your travel, however please be aware that these fees are set by third parties, are subject to change, and are beyond our control.
Security Deposit & Card Pre-Authorisation
The majority of hotels will require a valid credit or debit card to be presented at check-in for the purposes of a pre-authorisation (commonly referred to as a security deposit). The amount held will vary depending on the hotel and is retained for the duration of your stay. This pre-authorisation is released in full upon check-out, provided no additional charges have been incurred during your visit.
